back to work. as usual, occupied. 

just lost 1 patient today. was really shock to know tt his condition deteriorate. he was just fine 2 days ago. really fine! walking around. till this morning, his blood pressure plunged. his oxygen level dropped. sent to ICU in the noon. i truely thought he will come back to us, tt i din even have my last look at him. i tot he was a strong man who would hold on there. =( he left us at 9 plus last night. leaving behind his wife. =(  i'll remb u said sorry to me on the day u admitted, because u came in late, n i've to stay back to finish up ur admission changes. ur such a nice man! we'll definately remember u! rest in peace!
