spending whole afternoon playing with pet's society. destressing game. occupying my mind as well. bathe my precious doggie. nothing else. couldnt wash clothings because it's raining. rather work then spending my off day liddat. 

laughing it away! it really help.. i love all my patients n my fellow colleagues.. they help me to laugh n forget worrisome stuffs. =) thanks alot! for being there.. - carolyn, i totally agree with u, laughing is the best medicine.. hahaha..
