Happy new year everyon1. =)

the last ting i did @ wk during the last day of the year (31/12/07)
i did last office. ("pack" patient). it's quite saddening. sigh! during the whole shift she was stable but ill. i did my last monitoring for her @ 4.30pm. it was perfectly fine. i went for break @ 6pm. back in half hr, in time to take her next blood pressure and stuffs. but, i never had the chance to do so. i pushed the emergency trolley to her bedside. she was still breathing. but her blood pressure dropped. her SpO2 dropped to 23%. i was told to get the ECG machine, and by the time i got back with tt machine, she's gone. =( Rest in peace, mdm. entered at 10:38 PM
