working as 2nd senior today. morning was busy. lots of IVs to give. 1 follow by another. lucky my in-charge is Aiying, she did help alot on IVs esp one of the patient who's DIL (Dangerously ill list).

I remembered him when i nursed him in A1HD. He was still fine, able to talk to me, rational. but his condition deteriorate few days ago. he spike fever up till 40 degrees, after which he become a little less reponsive as compare to before and more restless. today, i talked to him, but he dun seems to respond to my questions. it was about 12plus that i last entered his room before he stopped breathing @ around 3pm. He was on this hourly bp monitoring and my in-charge and i actually notice the down trend of his BP after he stopped breathing. Our junior!!! why arent she reporting to any 1 of us? =( I felt really bad, cause if i would have gone in to his room at 2plus things would have been different. the patient was for blood transfusion today and i was actually waiting for the doctor to set a plug for him before i could start the transfusion. when i think back, if i would hav enter the room to start the transfusion on any other plugs, i would hav notice his breathing pattern and start doing some thing to resus him. =( god, i jus pray that he is free of sufferings now. rest in peace, sir.

went to collect my retainers today. Dr Mohan is so nice. He made 2 kind of retainers for me with no extra charges. the traditional ones, and the transparent 1. now that im putting it on, i felt so terribly uncomfortable. tons of saliva in my mouth, difficultly in pronoucing, like as if i got big tongue. omg, i cant wait for the 6 months to over before i can stop wearing it for at least during day. 7/3/08 is the date im waiting for. =) i got my teeth mould, so cool, shall keep it as sourveniors. =) entered at 11:20 PM
